High Performance — Team Sessions

Inspiring, leading and being part of high performance teams requires more than a bunch of high performing individuals (though it certainly needs that too).  It needs high performing individuals, with exceptional team and communication skills.  


In these customised High Performance Team Sessions, we’ll start by facilitating a discussion about the core behavioural, practical, psychological and emotional states of being of high performers (because success leaves clues).  We’ll then broaden the aperture and shed light on building, exemplifying and inspiring team culture that fosters sustained high performance.  

Ahead of your team session, you’ll be invited to complete a Team Reflection Form so we can take what you’ve shared and formulate it into a customised session specific to your team. 


These 60 minutes sessions can include, but are not limited to:

  • The 8 core values, behaviours, mindsets and practices of high performers

  • Practical guidance and support in closing the gaps between where you are as team and where you need to be to perform optimally

  • Practices and coaching techniques to develop high performance behaviours

  • The keys to building team culture that fosters connection and sustained results

  • An implementable action plan to move the needle forward

$350/each

Our High Performance Team Sessions offer specific pre-session analysis, acute and customised in-session support, and a follow up plan.

These sessions are best suited to teams who:

  • Are willing to lift their eyes from the bottom line and focus on individuals and culture as a primary means to improved performance

  • Desire to improve certain behaviours, beliefs or elements of their team’s lives to maximise overall performance, as opposed to strictly looking at the company as a whole (that comes next)

  • Would like to cultivate an "edge" or to optimise their existing performance

  • Are hitting snags when it comes to beliefs, mindset, performance, results, behaviour or habits - on either an individual or team level - and would like an implementable plan to navigate them

  • Would like to elevate their existing results and performance with core high performance behaviours and beliefs
